Noodle 101 - Tasting connects Body, Mind & Community

Wherever you go in Asia, there’s a type of food that you’ll always encounter – noodles. In this workshop, you will learn the tastes and the origins of 7 different types of Asian noodles that you can get in the Netherlands. Together, we will explore your favourite taste, nutrition & preparation.

TASTING is more than an occasion for sampling a selection of food to compare qualities. It is also an excellent opportunity to learn about your body. In this tasting session, you will taste food intuitive and mindful way - a fun and joyful activity to celebrate life. Come by yourself or bring your friends & family with you. It is a great way to make connections with others. This tasting workshop includes tasting, drinks and 3-course meals.

RESERVATION IS REQUIERED. Price: EUR 45 Per person. The price includes tasting, drinks and 3-course meals. (A private tasting workshop is possible upon request and adjustable to your budget.)

ABOUT - My name is Chotima and I am a Thai / Dutch chef cook, architect, design researcher and educator with a long track record of teaching since 2005 and cooking since 2018. My style of cooking is wholefoods, with less salt and sugar and good fat thus health-promoted food. With my background in Architecture and urban design, I strongly believe cooking, food and space sharing connect people. This workshop is one part of my knowledge transfer series on ‘‘Eatscape – Intangible Architecture through Food’ that I will be rolling out more in the near future. (The concept comes out of my academic research work in eating, architecture and urban design which you will hear more about during the workshop session).
